kind of shocked how well this works. comes with little bowl that's perfectly sized for the pan. use a tinner batter and it cooks beautifully and pulls right off. you can't melt things in it while it cooks which is the only downside but that's to do with the design. you can either undercook and pan sear the crepe after if you'd like to melt cheese and spreads.
